Hardcover in dust jacket, includes "The Fishers" by Hughes Rudd, who has signed in pencil on front free endpaper, dated Oct. 15, 1959, and has added an inscription in ink: "For Norman Drake-- who started the whole thing, with his wacky tale of literature in Waco, on Vandy's Veranda. Hughes Rudd." The introduction by Styron has a three marks in pencil at the two mentions of Rudd. The endpapers of the book have some browning caused by the flaps of the d.j. The d.j. has edgewear and spotting to rear panel; it is now in a mylar protector. VERY GOOD/GOOD+.
