Hardcover, first edition. "Illustrated from designs by the author and from original photographs by Rouch, Fry, Purdey, Penfold, etc." Printed in letterpress on high-quality glossy paper, illustrated throughout. (A reprint edition will probably not have anything like this quality of printing.) A few smudges on pages but no user markings. Brown cloth covers have a vignette of an arm with a pistol on front cover. Some light staining on covers, title and author in gilt on spine shows light wear but still very readable, gilt is bright on front cover. VG.
