Longman, Orme, Brown, Green and Longman 1838 Hardcover Very Good
Two hardcover volumes (complete) , 368 and 462 pages respectively, with illustrations. Both books have two title pages, one textual the second is illustrated. Books are specially bound in half-leather with bright brown marbled boards. Decorative endpapers are printed in metallic silver, all edges are tinted red. Although x-library, the books are in nice shape save minimal library markings (including perforated library name and stamped title pages and book plate on inside covers). NO foxing or discolorations to text. Bindings are tight and leather is fresh and title on spines is bright. Bottom of spine on volume 1 has 3/4-inch chip and volume 2 has chip at top of spine; outside hinges, tips and foredges of covers lightly rubbed. Overall these are Very Good condition.
