On shipments within the U.S., we pack your order in sturdy boxes or the reinforced Priority envelopes, not in padded envelopes. We utilize the Global Priority envelopes (with bubble wrap, if room) to save you shipping charges outside the U.S.
For shipments within the US, we use USPS media or Priority rate mail. We can use Fed Ex, with prior notification and arrangement.
We also ship to Canada and other international sites using surface or Global Priority.
Our rates are based on a shipping weight of less than 3 pounds.
We will contact you if your book weighs more and needs additional approval of postage charges, or if your book will not fit in the Global Priority envelope and needs additional postage.
Media maili: (which takes 5-10 days depending on how far you live from us) is $4.00 for the first book and $2.50 each for additional book. We often discount the shipping for multi-book orders when they are processed.
Priority maili: (which takes 3-5 days) is zoned by the post office. Based on weight and distance, your postage charge will no more than $11.00, and will be calculated in the SSL shopping cart when you order.
International surface and airmail shipping: rates vary by country. The amounts used in our shipping matrix are for “average” orders, and if the amount will be more, we will contact you for approval prior to shipping.Sales Tax
We are required to collect 6.75% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Ohio unless you provide us with a valid resale number with your order.Returns/Refunds
We guarantee our books unconditionally. If you want to return the book you ordered from us, please notify us. We will accept it back from you as long as it is returned within ten days. PLEASE RE-PACK CAREFULLY, and use the box you received it in if possible. The book must be received back IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN SENT. If the book is NOT AS DESCRIBED, we will happily issue a full refund including your postage both ways. |
